Why did you change the game?

Our old jigsaw game used Flash, which was discontinued on January 1st, 2021. We had to update the game to a new technology or the site would no longer work at all.

Trust us, we’re just as sad as you are that we had to update the game. Sadly Adobe left us no choice.

We are a very small company and we are working hard to make this transition as smooth as possible. Please stick with us while we work out the issues that have come up.

Can I get the old game back?

If you are using Windows, you can download our desktop version here. This uses the same game that was previously on the website.

I am missing a puzzle cut that I liked

We didn’t remove any puzzle cuts! Try looking in the “other” category of cuts when you choose the cut type.

I preferred the old classic puzzle cuts

We are working on bring back cuts that are more similar to the old version, however due to technology changes they will not be exactly the same.

How do you pause?

You can click the timer to pause the game.

How do you border shuffle?

The border shuffle is under the sub-menu when you tap the “shuffle” button.

The pieces are too large / small

If you have Premium Membership, you can control the size of the puzzle pieces in the game options menu.

Full screen isn’t working properly

Try setting your browser page zoom to 100%. You can also try downloading our desktop version.

We are working on fixing this issue.

Saved puzzles get jumbled

We are aware of this issue and are working on fixing it. Until then you can download our desktop version.

The pieces move slowly

Try enabling hardware acceleration in your browser following these instructions, or download our desktop version.

The puzzle pieces look fuzzy

We are working on fixing this. In the meantime make sure your browser zoom is set too 100%, or try downloading our desktop version.

I found a bug
